Using FitOSC
Installation
Download, install, and update FitOSC on Windows, then complete the prerequisites needed to connect it to VRChat.
Before you install
You will need:
- Windows 10 (v1903 / build 19041) or later
- A treadmill with Bluetooth and FTMS support — see the compatible hardware page
- VRChat with OSC enabled — enable it in VRChat under Settings → OSC → Enable
- A BLE adapter (if your PC does not have built-in Bluetooth) — see BLE adapters
Install FitOSC
FitOSC is distributed as a self-contained Windows application. You do not need to install a separate runtime.
Download the latest release
Open GitHub Releases and download the latest .zip file.
Extract the application
Extract the .zip file to a folder of your choice.
Start FitOSC
Run FitOSC.exe.
Windows may show a SmartScreen warning the first time you open FitOSC. If you downloaded it from the official GitHub Releases page, select More info, then Run anyway.
Update FitOSC
FitOSC does not include an auto-updater. To update to a newer version:
- Download the latest release from GitHub Releases.
- Extract the new
.zipfile. You can replace the existing installation or use a new folder. - Run
FitOSC.exe.
Your settings and configuration are stored separately and will be preserved across updates.
